As a user of iHouseHunt, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about yourself and your properties
Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access
Use our Service in compliance with all applicable Kenyan laws and regulations
Communicate professionally and respectfully with other users on the platform

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iHouseHunt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content:
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our Service.
In no event shall iHouseHunt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Important Disclaimer:
We provide a platform for connecting property managers and agents. We do not guarantee the success of any property transactions or the accuracy of information provided by users.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
