Welcome to iHouseHunt X (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our vacancy distribution platform and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by iHouseHunt X.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using iHouseHunt X, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

iHouseHunt X is a vacancy distribution platform that connects property managers and Agents / Realtors in Kenya. Our Service includes:
Claims expire after 7 days of inactivity. Active engagement (Handshakes) is required to maintain visibility.
Monitor progress from vacant to occupied with our automated traffic light tracking system.
As a user of iHouseHunt X, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about yourself and the vacancies you represent
Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access
Use our Service in compliance with all applicable Kenyan laws and regulations
Your "Trust Rating" is based on conversion speed and payment reliability. Automated metrics determine marketplace priority.
You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Specifically, you agree not to:
iHouseHunt X provides a tiered service model. Property Managers (PMs) and Landlords access the platform free of charge to list vacancies and manage distributions.
iHouseHunt X may offer paid subscription plans for agents. Plan features and payment terms will be shown on our website.
Free Service Plan
PMs must clearly state commission terms (percentage or fixed) when listing vacancies. Once an agent claims a vacancy, these terms are binding for that specific transaction. Any changes to terms must be communicated and agreed upon before a "Handshake" occurs.
Marketplace integrity is paramount. iHouseHunt X strictly prohibits:
Violation results in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting.
Dispute Engine:
Unpaid commissions or contested rejections are resolved via our internal Dispute Engine. PMs must settle verified placements within 7 days to maintain a high Trust Rating.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iHouseHunt X and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content:
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our Service.
In no event shall iHouseHunt X, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Important Disclaimer:
iHouseHunt X acts as a platform connecting property managers and agents. We do not guarantee the success of any vacancy transactions or the accuracy of information provided by users.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
